ROSIE MENTORING PROGRAM

Canadian Prosperity Project kicked off Cohort 2 of the Rosie Mentoring Program in September! We are recruiting for Cohort 3, scheduled to launch in January 2022.

The Program is designed for women entering, upskilling or pivoting to careers in STEM, skilled trades and recently added leadership. Mentors will guide and assist Protégées one-on-one as they develop their desired skills and abilities, and they will work together to define goals and develop strategies for reaching them. With this program you will benefit from developing your soft skills as you enter, remain and progress within your careers!
