Making a Difference
Through our Support Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the industry. This is a fantastic industry, full of opportunity and great earning potential, but most people stumble into it rather that aspire to be in it. A lack of awareness of HVACR as an industry is one of the many reasons why we want to reach out to kids early before they start thinking about their career path. Because "You can't be what you can't see" we want to demonstrate that this is indeed a space for everyone. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Women In HVAC-R

TRYING TO PROMOTE MORE WOMEN AND GIRLS INTO YOUR HVACR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM? WE CAN HELP!
Email info@womeninhvac.ca to request a Women In HVAC-R Ambassador visit to your school. We will do our best to have one of our national network of Women In HVAC-R Members visit your school in person to do a short presentation about her experience in the HVACR industry and how it might be a great fit for other women.
